How long is membership valid?

12 months from the date of activation. Reminders are sent 30 days before renewal.

Can I share my membership with family?

Memberships are personal, but Gold and Platinum tiers include guest passes for sharing. Family memberships available — speak with our team.

What happens if I don't use all my included services?

Unused services don't roll over, but you receive renewal incentives if you've used the majority of your benefits in your first year.

Can I upgrade from Silver to Gold mid-year?

Yes. The pro-rated difference is applied and your benefits upgrade immediately.

How do I pay?

Pay in person at the spa, by bank transfer, or via our secure online payment link sent over WhatsApp.
